Gerard Doherty

Mr. Gerard Doherty is a Managing Director at FIL Investment Management (Australia) Ltd.
Prior to Fidelity International, Mr. Doherty was with from Perpetual Limited where he was Group Executive, Wealth Management.
In this role, he was responsible for the wealth management businesses comprising Perpetual Investments, Perpetual Private Clients and PI Investment Management Limited.
He helped grow this business to A$39.5 billion operation.
Prior to joining Perpetual in 1993, Mr.Doherty worked for Prudential Corporation UK.
He was formerly the divisional manager of retail marketing, responsible for new distribution channels for traditional product capabilities.
