Gerard Picard

Gerard Picard has been a Director of Noble International Ltd.
since 2008.
He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Compensation Committee for Noble International.
Mr. Picard is a Senior Financial and Operations Executive with over 36 years of experience at the ArcelorMittal Group.
He was Vice President of Finance for the Stainless Steel Division of ArcelorMittal from 2006 to June 2007.
Mr. Picard held various positions within the ArcelorMittal Group, including Head of Group Finance and Treasury Activities from 2002 to 2006, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions from 2005 to 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of the US Sales Branch from 1997 to 2002.
He received an MBA from the HEC Business School.
