Gregory Thomas Mount

Mr. Mount joined Greywolf Capital in September 2005.
Prior to joining Greywolf, Mr. Mount was a Partner at Goldman Sachs.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Mount worked as an Associate in Fixed Income Derivative Products at Morgan Stanley and as a Vice President in High Yield Trading at Saudi International Bank.
Mr. Mount joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 to build the firm’s CDO business, was promoted to Managing Director in 2000 and became a Partner in 2002.
Mr. Mount held numerous senior positions in structured products at Goldman Sachs, including head of Portfolio Credit Derivatives and co-head of the Structured Products Group, with responsibility for CMBS, RMBS, ABS and CDO businesses.
Mr. Mount also initiated Goldman’s proprietary CDO investment activity.
Mr. Mount received a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T.
in 1987, and an M.B.A., with high honors, from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1992.
