Hamid R.
Shokrgozar was President and Chief Executive Officer of White Electronic Designs Corp.
from October 1998 to August 2008 and Chairman from August 2000 to August 2008.
He was a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bowmar Instrument Corporation from January 1998 to October 1998.
Mr. Shokrgozar was President for the White Microelectronics division of Bowmar from June 1993 to December 1997 and Vice President of Engineering and Technology from July 1988 to June 1993.
He was Chairman of the American Electronic Association from 1999 to 2000.
Mr. Shokrgozar received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
