Hilary Dexter

Ms. Hilary Dexter is Vice President at Water Street Healthcare Partners LLC.
She is currently leading the Executive Recruiting efforts for Water Street Healthcare Partners, a strategic private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare.
She works with Water Street's portfolio of companies to identify and recruit senior executive talent to build market-leading healthcare companies.
Prior to joining Water Street in May 2011, Ms. Dexter spent 5 years in various recruiting roles with Hewitt Associates, now Aon Hewitt.
She was a key member in creating their Executive Recruiting function and recruiting senior level talent across the organization.
Her earlier career includes over 10 years as a Partner in a start-up, retained executive search boutique focused on presenting inclusive slates of candidates for senior level roles at Fortune 500 companies.
She created and led the Research and Sourcing function while also delivering full life cycle recruitment services for such clients as HSBC, Chase, Pfizer and IBM.
She also has earlier experience in corporate relocation and executive outplacement while serving in client relations, project leadership and business consulting roles with The Travelers and Lee Hecht Harrison.
Ms. Dexter has her MS in Organization Development from Loyola University and her BA in Business from DePaul University.
