Montefiore Investment SAS (Montefiore Investment) is a private equity firm founded in 2004 by Éric Bismuth. The firm is headquartered in Paris, France.

Azulis Capital SA is an independent private equity firm majority-owned by partners. Located in Paris, Azulis was previously known as Banexi Capital Partenaires SA until early 2009 when the partners acquired 100% of the firm. Azulis can trace their origins to 1999. In 2001, they were established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group (XP: BNP). In 2004, they were spun off with BNP Paribas retaining a large minority interest with the firm operating as a division of BNP Paribas Capital. Banexi-Banque pour l'Expansion Industrielle was the former investment bank of BNP Paribas Group.
