Prior to joining Palisades Financial in 2004, Mr. Sellinger served as a Mortgage Banker with Northmarq Capital and with a boutique mortgage banking firm where he originated more than $200 million in debt and equity through various capital market sources.
He also served for seven years as manager in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Sellinger holds an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management, a BBA in General Business and Finance from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and has served as an instructor in real estate finance classes at the NYU Real Estate Institute.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York, a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, New York and New Jersey Chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association and currently serves as Chairman, Borough of Tenafly Planning Board, a Mayoral appointment.
Mr. Sellinger resides in Tenafly New Jersey with his wife and two children.
