Jason Chenyang Wei

Jason Chenyang Wei is currently the Director of the China Insurance & Pension Research Center at PBC School of Finance Tsinghua University and an Independent Director at China Index Holdings Ltd.
He previously worked as an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
He also served as the President of The Chinese Finance Association from 2014 to 2015.
Additionally, he worked as the Head of Credit Research at American International Group, Inc. and as the General Manager of the New York Center at Zenity Holding.
Dr. Wei received his undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University School of Economics & Management, his doctorate from The Leonard N Stern School of Business, and his graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School.
