Jason Morgan

Mr. Jason Morgan, CPA, is Vice President-Financial Reporting at EnCap Investments LLC.
Prior to joining EnCap in January 2011, Mr. Morgan served as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over eight years of experience in public accounting.
While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Morgan worked primarily on the audits of financial services companies performing GAAP and statutory financial statement audits.
Mr. Morgan received a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
