Jayatissa de Costa

Jayatissa de Costa is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Richard Pieris & Co. Plc and a Member of the Law Commission of Sri Lanka.
He was formerly the Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, an Independent Non-Executive Director at Namunukula Plantations PLC, a Director at the National Regulatory Research Institute, and the Principal of Sri Lanka Law College.
He holds a graduate degree from the University of London, a doctorate from the University of Colombo, and a graduate degree from the University of Ceylon.
