Jeffrey Fishman

Mr. Fishman was President and Chief Operating Officer of One Liberty Properties from December 1999 until December 2001 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2002.
From 1996 to December 1999, Mr. Fishman was a Senior Managing Director of Cogswell Properties, LLC, a real estate property owner and manager.
For more than five years prior to 1996, he was President of Britannia Management Services, Inc., a real estate property owner and manager.
