Jim Probert

Jim joined Clearspring Capital Partners in 2013.
He most recently served for four years as the Director of Finance at CARGO Cosmetics Corp., a leading Canadian developer and global distributor of cosmetics products.
There, he led all aspects of financial operations, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
Prior to joining CARGO, Jim spent fifteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as a senior member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Company Services Group, focused on being a trusted business advisor and providing audit, accounting, tax and other consulting services including acquisitions due diligence.
He completed his Chartered Accountants designation in 1995 with PWC and he holds a B.A.
from the University of Toronto.
