Mr. Shore began his investment career as a stockbroker in 1977 with Wood Gundy, one of Canada's largest investment firms.
In 1985, he was appointed Senior Vice President with Rice Financial Group Inc, initiating and developing the firm's first securities platform.
In 1990, he founded broker dealer Summit Securities Ltd, offering training and distribution services to over 75 financial advisors.
In 1999, Summit was acquired by Assante Financial Management Inc, enabling Mr. Shore to offer wealth management solutions to his high net worth families, pension fund and charitable foundation clients.
Mr. Shore earned his BComm from the University of Manitoba in 1977.
