Joan E. Lappin

Ms. Joan E.
Lappin, CFA MBA, is a Chairman at Gramercy Capital Management Corp.
Prior to founding the firm, Ms. Lappin began managing investment portfolios at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, and was a member of the 6 person Equity Strategy Committee.
She has been a guest lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, at NYU and at the University Of Wisconsin School of Business where she has served as a member of its Board of Visitors.
She has also served as a Director of the Wisconsin Alumni Association.
Ms. Lappin received a B.A.
in History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison where she was awarded a Ford Foundation Fellowship.
She also holds an M.B.A.
in Financial Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration (now called the Stern School).
