The Company's principal activity is to explore and developing of mineral properties. The Company having two mineral properties namely Strathy Township claim block and Fred Blake of Temagami located in the Ontario, Canada. The company have completed the Phase I exploration program. The recoverability of property expenditures will be dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of the Company's interest in the underlying property, the ability of the Company to obtain necessary financing to satisfy the expenditure requirements under the property agreement and upon future profitable production or proceeds for the sale thereof.
