Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. (Schroder SG) is the Singapore-based mutual fund management subsidiary of Schroders Plc (LSE: SDR, ADR: SHNWY), a British multinational asset management company headquartered in London. Founded in 1992, Schroder SG manages investments across all major asset classes for a range of clients such as official institutions, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, charities, local statutory boards, government-linked companies, high-net worth individuals and retail investors.

Western Asset Management Co. Pte Ltd. (Western Asset SG) is an investment advisory firm headquartered in Singapore. The firm is a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Capital Holdings Pte Ltd., ultimately owned by Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in the US. Western Asset SG was founded in 2000 to manage Asian (excluding Japan) fixed-income mandates, and provides input and analysis for the Asian portions of Western Asset’s broader portfolios, as well as servicing these relationships. It undertakes all types of investment-related activities including investment management, research and analysis, securities settlement, and client service.

Congruix Investment Management, formerly known as Legg Mason International Equities (Singapore), is the investment management division within Legg Mason International Equities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Baltimore-based financial services holding company Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM). Congruix originated as Legg Mason Asset Management Asia and has been managing collective investment schemes in Singapore since 1995. Through a series of joint ventures and acquisitions, the firm has integrated Singaporean investment arms of Western Asset, Batterymarch and Rothschild Asset Management. Congruix manages and sub-advises Asia Pacific equities and mandates on behalf of institutions and retail investors, either as separate accounts or through unit trusts. Their fellow division Legg Mason Investments distributes Legg Mason's Singapore-domiciled unit trusts and Legg Mason's Luxembourg- and Dublin-domiciled mutual fund ranges.
