Mr. Getter joined Strategic Capital Partners in April 2012 is the Managing Director of Business Development and Capital Markets.
He was President of Brookside Capital LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on niche properties.
Prior to 2008, he was a Real Estate Investment Banker for many years at Legg Mason, where he served as Real Estate Group Head and a member of the Investment Banking Management Committee and a member of the Firm’s commitment committee.
Mr. Getter also served as Real Estate Group Head and co-head of Investment Banking at Stifel Nicolaus.
He was a member of the broker/dealer Board of Directors and the Firm’s Commitment Committee.
Mr. Getter is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in History and Washington University with an MBA in Finance.
