Ms. Kelly Simmers is a Principal at Gladstone Management Corp.
Prior to joining Gladstone in July 2011, she was a Private Equity Principal at GenSpring Family Offices, a multi-family office with over $20 billion in assets under management.
There she was responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring minority equity investments and mezzanine financings to growth-oriented, small and middle market companies in a wide variety of industries, as well as allocating capital commitments to private equity funds.
Prior to GenSpring, Ms. Simmers was an Associate at Wachovia Securities, where she provided merger and acquisition, capital raising and advisory services for corporate clients and financial sponsors focused on the industrials sector.
Ms. Simmers earned a MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA from The College of William and Mary.
