Throughout his 30 years of operating experience, Ken has led several businesses in travel services, consumer banking, and other consumer related industries.
He has a successful track record of driving profitable growth as businesses scale and building high performing management teams.
Ken is the Founder of CottonWD Capital Partners, an investment firm related to the travel services industry.
Prior to forming CottonWD Capital Partners, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Everlands, a premier destination vacation club.
Previously, Ken was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Group RCI (now Wyndham Vacation Exchange & Rentals).
At RCI, he increased the company’s subscribers to 4.5 million members, growing revenue to $1.3 billion.
Before joining RCI, Ken was the General Manager of the North American Cards Division of Citigroup and the bank’s Head of Marketing, Sales, Distribution for Latin America.
Earlier, Ken was General Manager and Senior Vice President at Disney Vacation Development.
Ken also held numerous senior executive positions for PepsiCo and Colgate-Palmolive throughout the world.
Ken graduated with an M.B.A.
from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and an A.B.
in Russian Language and Literature from Middlebury College.
He serves as a senior advisor to AlixPartners and 54 Madison Partners, a resort developer.
