Mr. O’Shea has an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago, a Masters in Tax, as well as a B.S.
in Accounting from DePaul University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition, Mr. O’Shea was a member of the adjunct faculty at The Elmhurst College Center for Business and Economics from 1990 to 2000
