Kevin W. Kuykendall

Mr. Kuykendall joined American Capital in April 2003.
Prior to this, he was a Director in the Principal Investments Group of Enron Corp., where he spent six and one-half years originating, executing, managing, and exiting a wide variety of investments, including leveraged buyouts, asset breakups, and early-stage direct equity investments.
While at Enron, Mr. Kuykendall gained experience with companies in the exploration and production, oilfield services, natural gas pipeline, natural gas gathering and processing, utility services, power, and power technology sectors.
His responsibilities included serving as a member of seven separate Boards of Directors and as an observer to two others.
Mr. Kuykendall earned an M.B.A.
with a Finance Concentration from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.B.A.
in Finance, summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma.
