Kieran Lawton

I firmly believe that people are at the heart of every successful business, and enjoy working alongside management teams to help their business to grow.
I enjoy empowering management and getting underneath the skin of the business.
My career has been spent working with entrepreneurial, dynamic, growing businesses, giving me insight into the principles of growing a business and the challenges a company faces regardless of the industry in which it operates.
This experience assists me in sourcing and transacting opportunities as well as supporting and challenging management teams around the board table.
Outside of work I look to keep mentally and physically fit through my love of sport (watching and participating), socialising (be it in restaurants, bars, at gigs, the theatre or just bumping into people in the street), music (playing, singing, watching, listening) and just generally being active.
I also love spending time with my wife and two daughters and generally advocating the need to ‘get involved’, which has resulted in me recently achieving my Level One netball coaching qualification – not something I ever envisaged doing when I was growing up.
