Leonard A.
Auerbach has been a Director of Luminent Mortgage Capital, Inc. since March 2005 and is President of L, B, A & C.
He is Chairman of the RS Funds and had been a Trustee of the Robertson Stephens and Guardian Funds since 1987.
From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Auerbach was a Director of Sequoia National Bank and Founding President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG-Centre Capital from 1999 to 2002 and General Partner of Tuttle & Company from 1989 to 1997.
From January 1998 to March 1999, he was a Director of Headlands Mortgage and a Faculty Member of the Haas School of Business at the University of California from 1973 to 1983.
From 1975 to 1983, Dr. Auerbach was a Founding Faculty Member of the St. Mary's College Executive MBA Program and a Professor of the Executive and Graduate MBA Programs at the St. Mary's College of California from 1983 to 1989.
He received a BA degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and a PhD in Management Science from the University of California.
