Building Bridges Across The River, Inc. was founded in 1997 and is based in Washington. TheARC Theater is the first theater in DC's Ward 8, created to provide DC residents living east of the Anacostia River with entertaining and enlightening experiences that can impact their lives and brighten their futures. The non-profit company focuses on various projects such as the 11th Street Bridge Park, TheARC Theater, Building Bridges Farms, Skyland Workforce Center, and more.
