The Group's principal activity is developing, integrating and managing an electronic payment approval and authorisation system. The Group has full intellectual property ownership rights to certain software technology developed specifically for the installation, implementation and operation of such systems. It has a joint venture with Jiangsu Electronic Business Co Ltd, which is partly state-owned and numbers China Telecom among its shareholders, for payment infrastructure modernization within Jiangsu province. The joint venture was established to roll out and promote a financial payment authorization system to government departments as well as the integrating the system to the banks to allow payment settlements to be made. It specialises in the delivery of electronic payment services, to be set as an industry standard payment infrastructure, with its own product called EnterBanking.
