Martyn Schouten

Mr. Martyn Schouten is a Managing Director at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc.
A Dutch national, he was appointed Managing Director in December 2010.
He has over 26 years senior management experience in retail and corporate banking having held positions in strategy, business development, product development and corporate support.
He has worked in diverse countries such as Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Hungary, England, the Netherlands, India, the United States, Turkey and Jamaica.
He is responsible for managing the strategic direction, the restructuring and positioning, and the day to day operations management of the company.
He holds a Masters Degree in Economics.
