Roundview Capital LLC (Roundview) is an independent registered investment advisor headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. The firm was founded by Howard Alter and Stephen “Steve” Shueh in 1992. Roundview provides financial advice and portfolio management to individuals and their family members, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and corporations or business entities.

In 1915 Charles Edward Merrill founded Merrill Lynch & Co. (NYSE: MER) with Edmund C. Lynch in Baltimore, Maryland. The modern Merrill Lynch was formed in 1940 through mergers with E.A. MLAM manages the Merrill Lynch family of mutual funds, as and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual funds.

Wexford Capital LP (Wexford) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida with additional office in Stamford, Connecticut. The firm was founded by Charles Davidson, Joseph Jacobs and Robert Holtz in 1994. Wexford provides investment advice to a variety of private pooled investment vehicles over which the firm has discretionary trading authority.
