Max Edelman

Max is the Director of Asset Management for Enhanced Capital.
He manages the asset management and fund operation activities related to tax credit investments.
Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, he was an Asset Manager with Consolidated Resource Management, where he was responsible for a portfolio of real estate valued at over $400 million.
Prior to that, Max worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young where he provided audit service for a publicly traded bank and a financial services firm.
Max is a Certified Public Accountant.
He holds a B.A.
in Finance from Tulane University and a M.S.
in Accounting from Tulane University.
