Ms. Melissa Reagen is Head of Research at MetLife Investment Advisors LLC.
She is Head of Real Estate and Ag Research at MetLife Investment Management.
This team supports all research and strategy related activities, with a particular emphasis on the development and enhancement of MetLife's Investment Management platform for real estate.
She is active in key industry associations such as NAREIM and PREA and has active leadership roles as the Chair of NCREIF's Research Committee, a member of the NMHC research committee, and a member of the ICSC North American Research Task Force.
Ms. Reagen has significant experience in these areas, having most recently served as Head of Property Research Americas at Aberdeen Asset Management in Philadelphia.
Prior to Aberdeen, Ms. Reagen spent six years with the Research & Strategy team at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago as a Vice President.
She earned her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Econometrics and Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Chicago.
