Melissa Reiter

Ms. Melissa Reiter is an Associate at Koskie Minsky LLP.
Ms. Reiter joined koskie Minsky in October 2011.
Before that, she was with Knight's Bridge Capital since February 2011.
She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
She is also actively involved with The Equality Effect, a Canadian charity which aims to use legal and policy reform to address human rights abuses and the inequality of women and girls in Kenya, Ghana and Malawi.
Ms. Reiter holds a J.D.
from Queen’s University and a B.A.
from McGill University.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, business analysis and licensing issues, both in Canada and cross-border.
