Michael Lacy

Prior to joining Hyde Park, Mr. Lacy was a Vice President of Investment Banking with Banc of America Securities where he advised on a wide variety of assignments including acquisitions, divestitures, going private transactions, fairness opinions, restructurings, public offerings of debt and equity, and private placements.
Immediately prior to joining Hyde Park, Mr. Lacy served as Director of M&A and Corporate Development for one of the largest floor coverings manufacturers in the world.
Mr. Lacy’s deal experience includes more than 100 transactions, raising more than $8 billion in the capital markets and advisory assignments totaling more than $4 billion.
His clients have included public and private companies, subsidiaries of large companies, and portfolio holdings of private equity groups.
Mr. Lacy earned an M.B.A.
from the College of William and Mary and a B.A.
in Government and Economics from George Mason University.
Mr. Lacy has served on the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
