Michelle Tauberman

Ms. Tauberman joined Zero Stage Capital in 2004, bringing two decades of wide ranging financial, business development and product management experience.
She supports the investment team with financial analysis and financial modeling and monitors the performance of the investment portfolio.
Her responsibilities also include production of the quarterly investor reports and other investor support, regulatory compliance, cash management, audit support and financial research.
Ms. Tauberman also works extensively with the company’s Harrisburg, Penn., operations.
Ms. Tauberman has done extensive financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, competitive analysis, and corporate and business strategy planning.
She also has performed due diligence work in connection with merger and acquisitions and has prepared offering memoranda for public and private investment funds.
Prior to joining Zero Stage Capital, Ms. Tauberman was vice president, finance, for Berkshire Mortgage Finance.
During two decades with The Berkshire Group, she held numerous finance and product management positions with Berkshire Financial Group and Berkshire Mortgage Finance.
She previously worked in the banking and insurance industries.
Ms. Tauberman earned a B.A.
degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
