Michelle Woiemberghe

Ms. Michelle Woiemberghe, CPA, is Portfolio Bank Analyst at Carpenter & Co. (Private Equity).
In addition to this, she is a Controller for Carpenter & Company.
She joined Carpenter in 2009.
She serves as a portfolio bank analyst for the Carpenter Community BancFund.
Prior to joining Carpenter & Company, she served as a senior assurance associate and designated financial institutions specialist at the accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Irvine, California.
Prior to her public accounting experience, she was employed by Pacific Life Insurance Company in Newport Beach, California for five years where she was an analyst for the Real Estate Capital Markets division of the insurance company with a focus on CMBS and REIT investments.
Ms. Woiemberghe graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing.
She was also a member of LMU’s women’s soccer team and a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the national Jesuit honor society.
