Ms. Naomi Richman is a Senior Vice President at Moody's Investors Service, Inc. Ms. Richman is responsible for credit ratings in three areas: Housing Finance, Municipal Supported Products, and Local Governments in the Northeastern US.

Ms. Richman previously held positions as Chief Credit Officer for global public finance, and as Manager of Moody's Higher Education, Bond Insurance and Housing Finance teams.
Before joining Moody's, Ms. Richman spent four years with the New York City Department of Finance.
She holds an AB degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
