Mr. Neil E.
Waisnor is Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at Colony Realty Partners LLC.
He joined CRP in October 2005.
From 2003 to 2004, he was Chief Financial Officer of a large, regional owner-operator of assisted living facilities in the Northeast.
From 1997 to 2002, he served as Senior Vice President-Finance, Treasurer and Secretary of Cabot Industrial Trust, a $2 billion public real estate investment trust.
Prior to October 1997, Mr. Waisnor was a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer of Cabot Partners Limited Partnership, a $1.2 billion real estate investment advisor.
And prior to 1990, he was Vice President and Controller of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, a national real estate developer.
He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1977 until 1985, where he was a senior audit manager serving real estate and high technology companies.
Mr. Waisnor is a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive) and a 1977 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BBA in Accounting.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
