Britnell is an Investment Director at Quilter Cheviot Ltd.
He has the responsibility for one of the largest London teams, comprising several other investment managers together with the valued support staff.
His other roles include membership of several of the firm’s key investment committees (Asset Allocation and UK Stock Selection) as well as management responsibilities (Investment Oversight Committee).
He has been involved in the industry for over 25 years.
Initially, Mr. Britnell worked at Foster & Braithwaite and its merger with Quilter Goodison and evolution to Quilter & Co Ltd, with various parent companies (including Morgan Stanley and Citigroup) eventually becoming Quilter Cheviot, under the ownership of Old Mutual Wealth.
Throughout this time, he has managed a range of direct, trust, pension and offshore bond portfolios.
He has an Economics degree and is an Associate of the Society Investment Professionals (ASIP) – part of the UK CFA Society.
He is also a Chartered Member of the Securities Institute (MCSI) and a Chartered Wealth Manager.
