Norice R. Rice

Aziz is a Fellow at Fin Capital.
Prior to Fin Capital, Aziz worked at Palm Drive Capital, a $300 million early-stage venture capital fund, as an Investment Analyst, focusing on high-growth technology companies all over the world, where he mainly focused on E-commerce, Fintech, Sass, and more recently Healthcare IT.
He has also previously worked at Brown Brothers Harriman as an Equity Analyst on their 1818 Partners Strategy – long-only public equity strategy, and Bank ABC as part of the Trade Finance Team.
As a Bahraini/Saudi national growing up in the Middle East, Aziz is passionate about contributing to a growing fintech ecosystem in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, bridging the gap between emerging and developed markets.
Aziz enjoys collaborating with entrepreneurs from across the world to develop solutions to unique problems and leveraging technology to create positive impacts on people’s lives.
Aziz has made early bets in companies like Yassir (YCW20), and Eyewa.
Apart from his time in Venture Capital, Aziz enjoy sports, travel, and the culinary arts.
Aziz completed his undergraduate degree at Bentley University majoring in Economics, and Finance, and pursued a M.S from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation in Real estate Development.
