Norman Eaton, MBA is a Vice President with MNP Corporate Finance Inc., in Calgary.
In addition to advising on mergers and acquisitions, Norman is a specialist in the analysis of capital markets.
He explores options and helps his clients realize value in acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions.
With more than five years of experience in corporate finance, Norman is an expert in developing and executing strategies for financial transactions.
This includes the sale or purchase of public and private companies, raising capital, business expansions and reorganizations.
As the former chief financial officer of two separate TSX Venture listed mineral exploration companies, Norman is experienced in initial public offerings, spin offs, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing.
Norman obtained his MBA in 2003 from the University of Western Ontario and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria in 1997.
