Peter Holtzer

Mr. Holtzer graduated as an electrical engineer from the Budapest University of Technology in 1991, then gained an MBA at the Vanderbilt University in the United States in 1994.
He worked at CA IB from 1994 to 2002; he was appointed Managing Director of the Asset Management Business Line in 1997 and CEO of CA IB Fund Manager Ltd (CA IB Alapkezelõ Rt.) in 1999.
He was on the Council of Funds from its establishment in 1997 to its dissolution in 2001, and he was involved in the pension reform in 1996-1997.
Mr. Holtzer is President of the Ethical Panel of the National Association of Investment Fund Managers (Bamosz), the Board of which he was member from 1999 to 2001; since 2001 and he has been Chairman.
He was CEO of OTP Fund Management Pte.
Ltd.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTP Fund Management Pte.
Ltd.
since 21 March 2005.
He represents Hungary in the European Investment Performance Committee.
