Deka Investment GmbH (Deka) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in Germany. Founded in 1995, the firm is headquartered in Frankfurt and acts as the investment arm of the DekaBank Group. The firm offers a range of funds in a variety of asset classes including large-, mid- and small-cap, corporate and government bonds, asset backed securities and convertible bonds for retail and institutional investors.

Cominvest Asset Management GmbH (CAM) was an asset management subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, ultimately owned by Allianz SE (FR: ALV). Originally established in 2002 as the asset management subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, the firm was acquired by Allianz in 2008 and integrated into Allianz Global Investors Deutschland GmbH in 2009. Based in Frankfurt, CAM managed institutional funds, mutual funds, pension funds, discretionary portfolios and funds of funds for private individuals and institutional clients.
