Peter Seley

Mr. Seley is an Executive Vice President of J.F.
Shea Construction, Inc. a leading U.S.
public works contractor and a subsidiary of J.F.
Shea Co. Inc., a $3.2 billion private construction company.
Previously, Peter was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanco Constructors, a division of Zurn Industries/U.S.
Industries, which was acquired by J.F.
Shea.
He joined Zurn industries in 1968 and held positions of increasing responsibility including, President of Gary Concrete Division and Chief Financial Officer of Cooling Towner, Vulcan Manufacturing and Waste Heat Divisions.
Peter is a member of the Board of Directors of Arrowhead Brass Products and was a member of the Board of Directors of Consolidated Fire Protections during Caltius’ ownership.
He has a BBA degree from Texas Christian University, specializing in Management and Finance.
