Previously, he served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Tulsa.
Phil has also served as a director and president of the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane Club and is a current director and former president of the Sooner Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Mr. Eller currently serves as a director, vice-chairman and general counsel of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce and is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Oklahoma Attorneys Mutual Insurance Company, headquartered in Oklahoma City.
