Farallon Capital Europe LLP (Farallon Europe) is an independent Great Britain-based alternative investment firm which was founded in 2004 by Farallon Capital International Ltd., Andrew Spokes and Nicolas Giauque. Formerly known as Noonday Asset Management LLP, the firm changed their name to Farallon Capital Europe in 2013.
