Ran Cohen

Mr. Ran Cohen joined VPartners in 2003, and is responsible for examining potential investment opportunities and monitoring the Fund's portfolio.
In this capacity he monitors the business development of portfolio companies and portfolio funds.
Ran Cohen is also responsible for the daily operation of the fund and investor relations.
In addition, Ran Cohen is involved in other investment activities of the Viola Group.
From 2001 to 2003, Ran Cohen managed the Army Reserve Duty Insurance Department at the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
Ran was responsible for the establishment of the department and led its development and daily operations.
Previously, Ran completed his internship at the Israeli law firm - Yossi Avraham, Arad & Co., where he practiced corporate and commercial law.
During his tenure, he provided legal advice to Israeli high tech companies and was responsible for reviewing company reports to the Israeli Securities Authority.
Utilizing his background in law, Ran also provides internal legal advice to VPartners.
Ran Cohen is as an officer (Res.) in the Israeli Navy.
Ran holds M.B.A specializing in finance and B.A.
in Law and Business Administration, both from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), in Herzliya, Israel
