Also on that date, the assets of MPLLC affiliate Gary Goldberg & Co., Inc. were sold to Bruderman Brothers LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC and the assets of affiliate Gary Goldberg Planning Services Inc. were sold to Bruderman Asset Management LLC. MPLLC actively manages on a discretionary basis an investment company known as the GMG Defensive Beta Fund.^
