Prior to joining BDM International, Mr. Waters was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of PRC, Inc. and Manager of Human Resources for Contel Corp.
Previously, he was Chairman of the American Cancer Society, Inc., a Director of YMCA of the USA, INROADS, Inc. and Greater Washington, Inc., and a Member of the Alumni Advisory Board of Marymount University.
Mr. Waters received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
He completed executive education programs at Harvard University and the University of Michigan.
