Robert Johannessen

Mr. Robert Johannessen, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer at City Investment Partners LLC.
Having joined CIF at it's inception in 2004, he is primarily responsible for the finance, accounting and reporting functions.
He works closely with the acquisitions team and CIF's joint venture partners in the structuring of financing for new and existing investments.
In addition, he is responsible for maintaining CIF's credit facility as well as financial reporting to CIF's investors.
Mr. Johannessen has over 25 years of investment, property management and construction experience with New York City real estate.
Prior to joining CIF, he spent eight years as a Controller with Fisher Brothers where he worked with the senior partners on the financing and refinancing of a large portfolio of Class A office buildings.
While at Fisher Brothers, Mr. Johannessen also participated in the acquisition, development and sale of several real estate investments.
Prior to joining Fisher Brothers, he was a Controller for fourteen years for a large New York City-based owner/developer and was actively involved in the management of the development and operation of several million square feet of real estate, including office buildings, luxury residential buildings and a luxury hotel.
Mr. Johannessen received a BS in Accounting from Widener University, is a CPA, and previously worked at a large public accounting firm.
