In addition to his role of Senior Advisor to BBH Capital Partners (BBHCP), Rusty Lewis also serves as a Senior Advisor to BBH’s Corporate Advisory Group, providing strategic advice to premier middle-market businesses and their owners.
From 2015 to 2018, Rusty served as the Philadelphia Office Head for Private Banking.
Rusty has over 30 years of senior-level management experience as an owner and CEO of multiple private businesses and as a senior executive and director of several public companies.
Most recently, Rusty was the CEO of Zinio, a digital magazine newsstand application.
Prior to Zinio, Rusty retired from VeriSign after having served in multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Naming business unit, and Executive Vice President of Strategic Development.
From 1986 to 1994, Rusty owned and managed Transcore, which led the market in RFID electronic toll collection systems.
He ultimately sold Transcore to SAIC in 1994.
He serves on the board of directors of Clever Devices.
Rusty is a graduate of Haverford College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
