Salma Ktat

Dr. Salma Ktat is a Senior Specialist in Responsible Investment at Triasima Portfolio Management, Inc. She joined the firm in 2020.
Dr. Ktat advises the members of the firm on responsible investment issues.
She also monitors environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) factors and collaborates with the Portfolio Management team to continuously improve the integration of these factors into Triasima’s investment process.
Dr. Ktat began her career in 2018 as an Environmental Specialist for Groupe Investissement Responsable Inc. Prior to that, during her doctoral studies, Ms. Ktat worked as a Research Assistant at the Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Research Chair of the Université du Québec à Montréal.
She holds a Ph.D.
in Management Sciences from the University of the French West Indies co-directed by the Université du Québec à Montréal (2017), as well as a Master’s degree in finance (2010) from the University of Sfax in Tunisia.
