Scott Robert Leitman

Leitman is a Managing Director at Five Mile Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to Five Mile in 2003, Mr. Leitman served as Vice President in the Real Estate Department at Salomon Smith Barney Inc., where, among other responsibilities, he was an active member of the Credit Committee, determining policies and procedures for the commercial mortgage loan conduit and actively monitoring portfolio credit exposures.
He acted as First Vice President at PaineWebber and Kidder, Peabody for more than nine years in aggregate, where he developed, built and managed an extensive mortgage loan closing operation, and coordinated and managed the purchase and disposition of numerous mortgage loans and collateral assets.
For the preceding six years, he acted as an Underwriting Manager and Acquisitions Manager for a number of depository institutions.
Mr. Leitman holds a BA degree from State University of New York at New Paltz and has conducted post-graduate studies in real estate at New York University and law at Adelphi University.
